With the Government roadmap well underway and the easing of restrictions across the UK, it is refreshing to see outdoor park areas and sport facilities re opening.

This last year has affected everyone in one way or another and if it has taught us anything it is to support our local communities where we can.
Seaham Park Cricket Club have recently been given the all clear to open their doors and training grounds. The club like so many relies heavily on volunteers, sponsors and fund raising to support its activities but also continue to give back to the community, especially their youth division. They house not only senior and academy cricket teams but youth teams for all ages starting with the Under 9s and progressing to 18s. These also include an extremely successful All-star’s programme for 5-8 year olds and piloted the way in creating an all-girls youth team, a number or which are playing for the county.
The dedication of the club and all involved with it is astounding, and their commitment to their youth division is second to none.

We are happy to be supporting the following Match day balls
22.05.21 2nds against Coundon
23.05.21 Under11s (Thunder) against Durham City White

Best of luck to all players and we hope the weather stays fine for you.
