Completed works

We have just recently completed the re-fit of the Wickes store in Dundee.

This was completed within an 8 week programme and required our engineers to work around store opening times as the store continued to trade throughout. Work was carried out during nightshifts and back shifts with the additional complication of abiding by Covid 19 distancing rules to keep everyone on site and in the store safe.

We installed new LED high level lighting throughout the sales and showroom areas, new kitchen and bathroom range including LED rafts downlights, display strip lights, track spot lights and supplies to the appliances.

Our electricians also installed new power and data supplies to the tills and showroom design centre desks.

The fire alarms were altered to suit the revised layout and we installed new external LED flood lighting and illuminated Totem signs.

This is the first of our Wickes sites to be completed since lockdown in March 2020 and we are pleased to say the store was handed over on March 12th, to the client’s satisfaction, on time and within budget.
